    She Was Told She'd Never Golf Again.

    She Won Two Tournaments.

    Karen reached out not long after a back fusion. She's always been a mover — an avid golfer, the type of person who feels most like herself when she's active and outside doing what she loves.

    She had just been cleared from physical therapy, but the message she walked away with was heavy. She was told she would probably never play golf at the same level again — and maybe not at all.

    That first session, she cried.

    Not because she was giving up. Because she was scared that the surgery was going to shrink her life into something she didn't want.

    We decided right there that we were not going to let that happen.

    For months we trained with one focus: build her back up in a way that respected her body. We adjusted everything, stacked small wins, rebuilt strength, stability, and confidence — step by step, she started trusting her body again.

    Then eight months in, she sent me a photo I will never forget.

    She entered a golf tournament. And she won.

    A few months later — another trophy. We've been training for six years now.
