We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our services, contact us within the first 7 days for a full refund.

• You will stop exercise if you experience pain or discomfort
• You assume all risks associated with exercise
• Franco's Fit Coach is not liable for any injuries sustained during training

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the property of Franco's Fit Coach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or coaches
• Share account credentials with others
• Record or share training sessions without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Franco's Fit Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
